TWO underaged students were spotted behaving inappropriately on the rooftop of a carpark.
This is the latest incident of students behaving inappropriately that has been highlighted in STOMP.
The contributor saw this young couple from the window of his apartment and alerted the citizen journalism website to it.
The two kids were behaving intimately in the middle of the rooftop of a multi-storey carpark, and from the photos, the boy can be clearly seen lying on top of the girl.
Fully clothed and in broad daylight, the young couple was oblivious to the rest of the world as they made out in public.
The contributor, who went by the name Tan, added, "A man drove by, parked his car and did nothing. He walked away.
Tan also alleged that the girl was wearing the Woodlands Ring Secondary School uniform.
