A teacher at a well-known British school has been jailed for sexually abusing three underaged male students more than 30 years ago.
William Muter, was sentenced to seven-and-a-half years after admitting to his sex offences.
The Ashmead Community School, situated in Reading, was attended by popular British comedian Ricky Gervais and other prominent local businessmen in the 70s, but none were reportedly the victims of Muter.
His crimes came to light last year when one of the pupils he assaulted broke his silence and went to police because he could no longer live with the memories of what had happened to him.
The three boys had been abused repeatedly on school property as well as Muter's home, even on one occasion when Muter's now ex-wife was in the garden.
