It is learnt that the man, in his late 40s, had claimed that he has mystical powers to cleanse his patient's aura with flower baths, as well as predicting winning 4-digit lottery numbers.
The man provided the baths, also known as mandi bunga, at his single-storey house in Taman Ungku Aminah here.
After the bath, he would "demonstrate" the effects to his customers by asking them to have sex with any of the six Indonesian women who were supposed to be "helpers" there.
The sexual services cost RM150 (S$63.25) each time.
The bomoh's alleged activities came to an end when undercover Immigration officers, on the pretext of engaging his services, exposed his scam in a 5pm raid on Wednesday.
The man had been operating at the premises for the past one year.
"Our officers went undercover following a tip-off and raided the place after confirming that illegal activities were conducted in the premises," said deputy state Immigration Department enforcement head Mohamad Nasir Abas.
The man and two of the Indonesian women, aged 27 and 30, were detained while the other four women managed to escape through the back door of the house.
Nasir said the women were being investigated under the Immigration Act for violation of their social visit passes.
The man, who is a local, would be investigated under the same act for employing foreigners without valid working passes, he said.
