SINGAPORE: If you have driven along the East Coast Parkway (ECP) recently, you might have noticed a worker standing near the KPE exit, diligently working away -- rain or shine.
But the "worker" is in fact, not human.
It is a robotic mannequin programmed to wave its "hands" up and down continuously.
The robot was placed near the KPE exit, where construction work is taking place, to alert motorists to slow down.
But the Land Transport Authority is not giving any details yet.
When contacted, it declined to comment on the issue for now.
